The Multilevel Legal Order

The Multilevel Legal Order theme addresses issues resulting from the multitude of regulatory levels existing within the Union, ranging from European to national and the local level. What is the relationship between Europeanisation and the autonomy of national regulations and enforcement, and how does this change the duties/mandate of the national public actors; what are the consequences for their original powers, duties and purpose, and how is this to be assessed?
